Lower section of Raymondskill Falls

There are so many waterfalls on the Eastern edge of Pennsylvania that I had to make one more stop before heading home.

I had to check out the highest waterfall in Pennsylvania: Raymondskill Falls.

There’s 3 sections to the falls with a total height of 180 feet!

Take a look at the video from my trip below…

Fulmer Falls (55 feet)

Only a 6 minute drive from Dingmans Falls is the George W. Childs Recreation Site.

There is a hiking trail here that follows both sides of Dingmans Creek, only a few miles upstream from Dingmans Falls, past three large waterfalls.

I told you the Eastern border of Pennsylvania is littered with waterfalls!

Dingmans Falls (130 feet)

Since I was already in the area after checking out Bushkill Falls, I decided to take a 20 minute drive and see two more waterfalls: Dingmans Falls and Silver Thread Falls.

This side of Pennsylvania seems to be full of different waterfalls to check out!

You’ll be happy to know that it’s free to come here and that there’s no real hiking; the path is on a wooden boardwalk.

Take a look at the video from my trip below!

Main Falls from the side (100 feet)

As you probably can tell, I love checking out waterfalls!

When I ventured into Eastern Pennsylvania I had a variety of falls to choose from…

One of the places I stopped at was the “Niagara of Pennsylvania”; Bushkill Falls.

Columcille Megalith Park

Saturday, September 19th, 2009

Pond full of fish near the tower.

As you’re traveling through Eastern Pennsylvania, the last thing you’d expect to come across is a Celtic park.

But if you happen to be driving down the right road in Bangor, PA, you’ll find the unexpected: Columcille Megalith Park.

It’s a peaceful Celtic park with megaliths carefully placed in an open field, stone buildings, trails to explore and even a pond.

Take a look at the video from my trip below!
